The issue that you are describing could actually be caused by a number of different issues. To troubleshoot and potentially resolve this problem, here are some suggestions that you can check out:
sudo systemctl status apache2 for Apache or sudo systemctl status nginx for Nginx.sudo systemctl restart apache2 or sudo systemctl restart nginx.ufw, you can check the status with sudo ufw status./var/log/apache2/error.log, and for Nginx, in /var/log/nginx/error.log.Best,
