My website is unresponsive! What do I do?

Ive been trying to login to my website but there is an extra layer of security that keeps kicking me out. I tried following the directions with my existing droplet, but it wouldn’t work so i destroyed that one and started over thinking it was the droplet and thats why my website has had so many problems. I figured i would start from scratch. But now the website won’t even load, because it says the server of the page where it is located is not responding. I can’t do anything unless the website loads. The domain is connected so it should work, i would think. But its unresponsive.
