my website stop working after i change the root password

My website was working well but after i changed the root password the site stop working and i got this message (This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

anyone can help please .

What kind of website are you running? Does the site actually stops because of the password change or is it something else, check your logs and post them here. You need to give some more information before we are able to help you here. We can’t check your droplet on our own.

it’s work fine after restarting a web server: by run this commend in my root login

service apache2 restart service nginx restart service httpd restart
