Hi @lorenzosmc11,

It seems like the server has some code that it can’t read and doesn’t know what to do with it so it just downloads it for you. Usually, this is a problem with your .htaccess file.

This file can be found in the DocumentRoot folder of your website. Once you find it, please post the content so that I can point out what might be going on.

Your web server configuration may be invalid. It is not handling the PHP file properly. Instead, it returns the PHP file to your browser as the downloaded file. You should paste your web server configuration here for further investigation.

Thanks Guys.

It is now working for me.

I just change a vps and data center.

best regards.

  • I’m glad to hear it’s working and sad we didn’t manage to fix the issue with you having to create a new droplet :/.

Anyway, be sure to ask in the Q/A section if you have questions, it’s for that afterall!
