Hi,
Can someone pls help me with MYSL error, I ca not start MYSQL server on Ubuntu ! This is the error from the console :

The problem is the following line from your error log:
mysql.service: Failed at step USER spawning /usr/share/mysql/mysql-systemd-start: No such process
This is usually related to quoting a user name in your service file. It would be something like :
[Service]
User="UserName"
Once you remove it and restart MySQL it would start.
If it still doesn’t start can you provide us with the output of journalctl -xe | tail -50 to your next reply?
