Yes, this should be doable. If your goal is workflow automation in n8n, start with the HTTP Request node + DigitalOcean REST API. Move to MCP only if you specifically need agent-style tool orchestration. In that case, use the community MCP node or add a small HTTP adapter in front of the DigitalOcean MCP server.
