Buenas tardes alguien me puede ayudar el dia de hoy me hicieron un cobro de 5 dolares a mi cuenta, pero mi pregunta es por que me lo cobraron si yo use un código promocional que me daba 10 dolares y despues de eso se que me cobrarian los 5 no antes alguien me puede ayudar para hacer el reclamo ya que no se como hacer si no dan su numero ni hay un chat en linea gracias.

I doubt its a problem, you have to deposit at least $5 into your account as a “down payment” since you’re meant to be paying in advance and you also get your $10 balance added also so in total you should have $15 which if you’re using a $5 droplet should last you 3 months at the most.
