I cannot find a faster server at any host than what I can build at Digital Ocean. The issue then becomes…how do I offer my clients email services?
I really don’t want to run an email server. I’d rather resell email hosting services. Who would you recommend?

It depends on budget and number of accounts per client. lets say your clients doesn’t need more than 10 accounts, then you can use a free zohomail account, if it requires more, you can buy a plan from zohomail or google apps. Document both features and offer both as different plans to add to your hosting service.
