What is the reason for this report?

Need help with finding file directories using SFTP and Cyberduck

I followed this guide here to set up server blocks on my centos droplet https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-nginx-server-blocks-on-centos-7

and now im wondering how do i get to the file directories of my site(s) using sftp and cyberduck. I can connect to the server with cyberduck but see no directories.

When you log in as root via SFTP you will start out in the /root directory. Changing up a directory will bring you to the root of your disk and from there you can navigate down to the path specified in your server blocks to access the relevant files.
