need information about services in Digital Ocean
Hello, I am new here and I dont have idea about this. My web designer asked me to give him
domain
address account FTP with login and password
and data base MySQL
Can I get everything with Digital Ocean or some of it should I look somewhere else?

If you are able to setup a FTP and MySQL service yourself and know how to add / remove users and other maintenance on your own, then DigitalOcean can fit your needs. I haven’t interacted much with the DigitalOcean Support, so I don’t know if they are a kind of “full service” support provider and would help you setup ftp accounts or mysql installation, configuration and access.
You may wish to consider a managed hosting service, however, of another provider. It may cost more, but they may be able to provide that kind of “full service” support.
