Need support and help for Wordpress website Error eastablishinh a database connection

As I have 2GB and 50GB $12 digital ocean plan but it seems it goes down and throwing the error " Error establishing a database connection " I have been using the Wordpress- woocommarce and monthly visitor is 1K approx but i am not sure how to fix it? Need somone who can check this issue and guide it

I had raised the ticket with support but it gives me instructions which i tried but couldnt get successed

Hi there,

There are a few things that I could suggest here:

Upgrade your server so that you could have some more RAM to handle the traffic
Add a swap file so you could have an extra buffer
After you’ve added the extra memory and swap, try tweaking your MySQL service for better performance and reliability as described here
