If you still have access to the email address that was used to register the account which manages your site, you can reset the password here:
https://cloud.digitalocean.com/forgot_password/new
If not, you’ll need to contact our support team by either opening a ticket or emailing contact@digitalocean.com They will need to verfiy some details about the account.
