Dear Sir,

We would like to know “user” and wish to reset “password” according our it personal who look after our “domain” passed away, please advise what we have to do with Digital Ocean, and please suggest.

If not, you’ll need to contact our support team by either opening a ticket or emailing contact@digitalocean.com They will need to verfiy some details about the account.
