New wordpress optimization and snapshot

Hello, recently i have created a droplet for wordpress. and i created it through one click application wordpress 14.04. now from builtwith.com i can see there’s a lot of things been installed due to that one click installation. for example: web server- IIS & Apache both, fremwork: PHP and ASP.NET both. im a noob here so dont know maybe lot of more things been installed.

now my 2 questions:

question#1: how can i optimize my droplet and remove unnecessary settings to get faster performance?

question#2: suppose i create a site under current droplet. can anyone expert will be able to create a fresh droplet and transfer my site easily? or he have to do the design things again?
