I’ve Ubuntu 20.04 lts and I’ve installed nginx and the security was working fine before reboot, after server reboot I think the security is not working because it can easily be attacked…Also after rebooting the server, I can see the Welcome to Nginx Page on direct Ip Access…

Can you please confirm what do you mean by security? The reboot of your Droplet should not have changed anything in Nginx and everything would be the same.
