Hi Guys, I am working on wordpress site hosted on Ubuntu WordPress 4.8 on 16.04, No incoming/outgoing emails notifications are working, please help me fix the issue
Currently it’s is staging and i have not pointed any domain to it.

Hi @pavankadam
If you are using a new account with DigitalOcean, then SMTP is sometimes blocked. Create a ticket with Support in the control panel to get un-blocked.
But for setting up a simple messaging system in WordPress, I would recommend that you look at https.//www.SparkPost.com with the WordPress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/sparkpost/
