last night I added digitalocean could firewalls vie control panel. later this morning I found website and all access going beside cpanel. now I m totally stuck.

It seems like you haven’t configured your Firewall properly. I’ll recommend checking the documentation for DigitalOcean’s Cloud Firewall. It can be found here - https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/networking/firewalls/how-to/configure-rules/
To be more specific, I’ll recommend checking the Create New Rules section
Create New Rules
You can create new inbound and outbound rules by opening the New rule select list under Inbound Rules or Outbound Rules, respectively. You can use a preset protocol or create a custom rule.
