What is the reason for this report?

No one reply to the ticket that I created

Why DigitalOcean’s support is bad? I created a ticket yesterday and until now no one responded to my ticket. They said that they will reply just 20minutes or hours but why it took days but still no reply. Digitalocean is big company why don’t you offer live chat support like other cloud service provider? #06718605 is my ticket number by the way.
