My site’s CPU usage is 100% and I need to upgrade my plan so I need some advice from the experience user.Currently I am registered to 8GB,4CPU plan,if I upgrade to 16Gb ,6CPU plan will the number of visitors that the CPU can handle will double or will it be just one and half,I need clarification on this before I upgrade.

Yes the reply was helpful!! One thing I realized is if we could resize (just)CPU and RAM without having any downtime then DO will be awesome but since there will always be downtime while resizing,the only thing we can do is to try to determine the size required and resize it according.
