Hi there,
I tried several times to install wordpress with one click https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/one-click-install-wordpress-on-ubuntu-14-04-with-digitalocean but it failed always. After I navigate to the droplet IP adress, I have to type in “user” and “password”, but it does not continue. Always wrong password and/or user. Username: root but it does not work.
Any ideas what went wrong?
Thanks Joachim

I just ran into this same issue. You have to ssh in (using root and the provided pw) and view the contents of the WORDPRESS file. It has the .htaccess user and password you need to log in for the first time. It’s set up in this way so that no one else visit your site and setup the initial Wordpress install without authorization.
