Hi @jin1,

I’ve not dealt with MailWizz however, I’ve checked and as I thought, it’s using PHP. This means you need to install the PDO PHP extension on your droplet.

This should be easy, just SSH to your droplet:

ssh root@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is your droplet’s IP address.

Once inside, execute the command php -v:

php -v

It will show you which version of PHP you have. Let’s assume it’s 7.4 for the example.

Now, you’ll need to install the extension. If yu are using Ubuntu, this will do the trick for you:

sudo apt get php74-pdo

If you are using CentOS, use this:

yum install php74-pdo

That’s it.

Now if you are using another PHP version not 7.4, just change it in the command. If its 7.2, your command will be php72-pdo.
