DigitalOcean Linux Commands Server Optimization Ubuntu 18.04

I tried tried but i couldn't connect my host, can someone help?
my ssh key name: hadibibul

Sorry i typed wrong (I wrote console ssh root@159.89.224.82 -v and result;) this is true
