I realize that I can ping the different regions at http://speedtest-tor1.digitalocean.com/ but are there published ping times between the different regions (without me spinning up droplets and pinging them myself)?

I did some testing with my own Droplets and got the following data. Results could vary based on routing, Internet conditions, hypervisor load, etc., but hopefully this is a good starting point. You can use the usual grep, sort, and so on to narrow down the list.
