Power Cycle Initiated 40 mins ago

Hi - I initiated a power cycle of one of my droplets, from the control panel, 40 mins ago but it has not yet restarted. It’s on CentOS 6.5 x64 - and I was not able to login via Putty or SFTP - so I thought I’d try power cycling - but alas! 40 Mins later and it still hasn’t restarted. Any suggestions?

I would suggest contacting support by opening a ticket.
