Pre-Sales questions, third email still no reply

Digital Oceans, this is my third enquiry, 2 previous unanswered emails. I am worried because you seem to give no support, even for sales enquires. What happens if I have a technical issue with the Digital Ocean hosting?

Do you have a service for migration from another host to Digital Ocean, migration of emails, what firewall is available, cost for backups? To install a control panel to make life easier, is there a cPanel license fee?

Currently I am using 30 gb disc usage and 2.7 GB bandwidth. What memory, storage, how many cpu would you recommend etc? Hopefully this time I get a reply. Thanks

basically i have configured my smtp multiple times, and after sometime it stops working, i have fixed it again and again but it keeps going down after sometime, i am getting tired of it now. do you have any block on smtp because i know some people uses vps for spamming so may be you guys are blocking smtp services of some users, because i know some vps providers are doing that

I’m sorry that you hadn’t heard back from us. I assure you we would not ignore your email, so something else must be at play. What email did you write in to? I’m not seeing anything in the system.

Migrations are not something that we perform, but there may be others out there that provide this service.

For a cPanel server I recommend at least 2GB of memory. It is difficult to make any recommendation beyond that as every website has unique requirements, none of which can be assumed or reasonably guessed.
