What is happening at DO? The questions board is hacked (?) and has thousands of Chinese entries (I think it is Chinese?) and I have tried for a week to get help getting access to my droplet. Ticket response is terribly slow and useless. I have been a DO customer for years and never experienced this. So what is up DO? Can’t go on like this. I will have to move my 13 droplets somewhere else where I can get support. But it is not easy when I can’t even ssh to it. So frustrating!

Support tickets are usually replied within a day.
This is community forum, so we cannot access your droplets in any way, but we are more than willing to try to help out. All the droplets are self-managed, so DigitalOcean cannot support that. They take care of power, network, hardware and a few other things, but whatever you do on the droplets is on you.
What is the problem you are currently having with one of your droplets? Can you connect with Console via the control panel? Have you requested the “Recovery Image”? Which will give you recovery access to the droplet, where you can copy all your data to a new droplet and do a few other things.
