Receiving HttpOnHttpsPort error when using lets debug for lets encrypt

Posted on June 25, 2020

Hello!

So I have completed the basic walkthroughs for server set up that were produced by digital ocean so I have those default settings. I did initial set up -> Installing lamp on ubuntu 18 -> installing nextcloud on server

It was at this last walkthrough where I started getting an error when trying to get an SSL certificate for nextcloud via letsencrypt. The error had http 400 bad requests so I went to letsdebug.com next. The test told me I had a HttpOnHttpsPort error and I believe this is preventing me from successfully getting my certificates.

Any suggestions on how to solve this? Thank you
