hi, i've been trying for a while now to get back my .repo files, i wanted to remove one and somehow got more than one, so now i have no files in /etc/yum/yum.repos.d :/

What can i do of fixing this? is there a way to clear my yum list? i try to add some that work but it says that there is nothing to do and i dont have the packages available :(

create new base repo file

vim /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo

insert

# CentOS-Base.repo
#
# The mirror system uses the connecting IP address of the client and the
# update status of each mirror to pick mirrors that are updated to and
# geographically close to the client. You should use this for CentOS updates
# unless you are manually picking other mirrors.
#
# If the mirrorlist= does not work for you, as a fall back you can try the
# remarked out baseurl= line instead.
