I have managed redis instance, there is no reset password option in the settings.
Is there anyway to change it? can I change it using redli?

You can do that via the DigitalOcean API as described here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/api/api-reference/#operation/databases_reset_auth
Or use the doctl
command, eg:
doctl databases user reset your_db_id_here default
