Hi all
I am trying to install Istio 1.52 on DOK K8S 1.17 as follows:
./istioctl manifest apply --set profile=minimal
Then I’ve got:
- Applying manifest for component Base...
✔ Finished applying manifest for component Base.
- Applying manifest for component Pilot...
✔ Finished applying manifest for component Pilot.
Waiting for resources to become ready...
........
........
2020-05-08T10:37:14.955768Z error installer Failed to wait for resource: resources not ready after 10m0s: timed out waiting for the condition
Deployment/istio-system/istiod
Does DOK does not support Istio or what is wrong?

Hi anujitmarty, if your cluster is up and operational, I recommend doing one of the following to get Istio installed:
Option 1
$ istioctl manifest apply
Option 2
$ istioctl operator init
Option 3
Check the Istio documentation for other options as well as troubleshooting steps.
