Hello all my password is reset but when i go to login to root it says its incorrect after i changed it.

Help… Trying to ssh… I put in password that u gave me then it ask for my( current) unix password: I then put in my root pass. And then comes back connection closed

When does it tell you that it’s incorrect? When you initially connect with the server, or after you attempt to change it? Are you seeing this prompt?
You are required to change your password immediately (root enforced)

Enter new UNIX password:
Retype new UNIX password:
Note that the first password that it is asking for is the one that was emailed to you when you reset the password.
If you believe that you were somehow emailed the wrong root password, please open a support ticket so that the team can investigate.
