Suppose you have a Backup of the server or a Snapshot that should be possible from your control panel. If however, you’ve not created either of them, the only possibility is to contact DigitalOcean’s Support.
While DigitalOcean does not make backups of Droplets or even deleted ones there have been cases DigitalOcean has been able to provide one and restore a customer’s service. As such, I’ll recommend contacting Support to see if they can assist you in the matter. You can reach them at
