Hello, recently i have problem with my droplet.
- I see my server graph is normal CPU, BW, Disk all is normal
- I still can access cPanel and do anything without problem
but my server is down. i access with IP address, it return 522 but after several minutes, all goes normal.
i think cloudflare is not the problem, because when i access the ip itself, it don’t show anything and got error.
is there any problem with my server or service, or how to know which one cause the problem

When the issue occurs is the server up and running but only cPanel/WHM not loading or your website? If the issue is only with cPanel I will recommend you to examine the log files in order to track down the source of the issue.
You can check the last 100 rows of the error log file and check for any issues or errors.
- tail -n 100 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
