Server is disabled due to non-payment.

Made the payment. Opened ticket. Need to restore the server. No response from the support team. The server is running a critical business application. How to expedite it?

This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support/abuse team so that I can get this followed up for you?

    • Matt, any update? The support team hasn’t responded to the ticket yet. The server is down almost for 12 hours now. Payment is also done a while back. It’s extremely urgent and a show stopper. Please have some respond to this ticket.
