I was logging in to make a backup and had to reset root password. When I did the server would not accept it. I clicked the console access and it is stuck in recovery mode with No kernel. I opened a ticket and it has been over 8 hours we are down with no response. I tried to build an old droplet from snapshots and none of them will boot either. I can get into the cli and access my droplet in the mnt folder. Can’t use mysql or mysqldump to rebuild the site on a fresh droplet or another provider. Any advice or ways I can retrieve the data or debug info would be appreciated.
