What is the reason for this report?

Service lacks Execstart

Ok, followed the tutorial… Did not include the first line, started with [unit]. Copied and pasted… changed my user name of course. When I start systemctl I get

Assignment outside of section. Ignoring

a few instances of that… then lastly

Service lacks both ExecStart= and ExecStop= setting. Refusing

Can you share a link to the exact tutorial that you followed?

But I believe that you just need to include the [unit] part as well to your unit file and it should work.
