Hi all I was completing the Wordpress installation and SSH’d into my machine to complete the installation but WP is still not visible and can’t access the wp-admin page. Does anyone have any idea as to why that could be the case? Thanks!

Have you pointed your Domain to your Droplet? I think that might be the reason behind the issues you are experiencing.
To check that ping your Domain and see if it resolves from the same IP that your Droplet is using.

Do you get any errors when you try to visit the website? If you do, please feel free to share them here.
Also, as mentioned already, if you are using a domain name rather than the server IP address, keep in mind that once you make a DNS change it could take up to 24-48 hours for the DNS cache to clear over the Globe before you could see the new records.
