Hi, I made an ubuntu droplet for $5 and need to use Ghost on it. Without creating a new separate droplet and paying another $5. Could someone guide me please? Thanks!

Hi @Gachapon,

The Guide that Bobby Iliev provided you with should be enough for you to install as many Ghost installations as you want and your Droplet can carry. Don’t worry about it being for Ubuntu 16.04 it should still do the trick.

One other thing I would recommend is to check the following tutorial :

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-host-ghost-with-nginx-on-digitalocean

It shows you how to install Ghost with Nginx already. It will allow you to host other websites not only Ghost installations.

Hello,

What you could do is to follow the steps here on how to install Ghost on an existing Droplet:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-and-configure-ghost-on-ubuntu-16-04

This is a step-by-step guide and should work for all major Ubuntu versions.

Hope that this helps!

Best,

Bobby
