I am interested in Managed MySQL Databases. But spending $15 / month for each website is way too expensive. I was wondering if using the Basic 1GB @ $15 / mo is efficient for all my websites (on and off DO) using it ? I’ll give prefixes for each website’s tables.

Hi there,
Yes, this is doable. What you could do is have 1 Database Cluster and create multiple database (eg. CREATE DATABASE db_1 and etc.).
You can also create separate users and grant privileges only to the respective database for each user.
