Hi. When I started my snapshot process there was no info about any problems in cloud. It is processing too much and I guess there is no way to stop it and get my machine up and running again.

The best compromise would be to be able to stop the process if it takes too long.
I’m running a small website and do not have the time/resources to deploy several servers with load balancing. I take snapshots once a month on a droplet that has only 20GB (probably less than 1 GB used). During this time span, my app is down :/
Hi!
Unfortunately earlier today we experienced some issues with event processing. The problem has since been resolved. If you’re still seeing issues, please open a support ticket.
In the future, check in on our status page to see any known problems.
Thanks!
