Some of our droplet servers have bad connections

We have done several connection tests and tests on the applications that we run. And have followed the handling of this questions

And found some lost connections on our droplet server We need help finding solutions to these connection problems, from the number of ways we have done, assume that we need a digitalocean team to check from the constraints we experienced

Another way you can test your connection is using the mtr package. The basic use of the mtr command is to view the traceroute report for a remote machine. All you need to to do is provide the domain name or IP address of the remote system with the mtr command and the output will display the traceroute report in real time.

Additionally, what does the ping and traceroute commands return as an ouput? Additionally, have you considered it might be a network issues related to your ISP? Do you get the same connection speeds from other networks as well?
