What is the reason for this report?

someone sending spams from my domain?

Someone is sending spams from my domain and DO has blocked my SMTP at my domain. But the spam mail contains like - X-Mailer: PHPMailer 5.2.9 (https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/)

So, is these mails are being send from SMTP of PHPMailer? and how can I fix it? Please help me ans sorry for my english.
