Hello, I have the magento2 app and i am trying to open admin and that says “Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access cadblocksfree.com”

Hi there,
This looks like a Cloudflare error. What you would need to do is to login to your Cloudflare dashboard then go to your domain name -> firewall and allow your IP address there.
