Is the IPv4 address given to me by “standard plan droplet” shared with other users droplets that I share the server with? Or is it dedicated just for my droplet?

Hello,
The moment you create a Droplet, you will be assigned an IPv4 static IP address and this will be dedicated to you, till you destroy the Droplet. Once you destroy the Droplet, this will be join back the IP pool table and will be assigned later to some other Droplet.
