Could you please let me know which part of the process you find difficult or unclear?
In order to complete the process you need access to your domain’s registrar account (the company that you pay your domain name’s renewal). In the example from the tutorial you can see how the process is done if your domain name is hosted with Namecheap.
If you have a different domain’s registrar they might have their own tutorial on configuring glue records so you might want to check this as well by searching their knowledge base or asking their support team as well.
