I tried adding some subdomains such as www, staff, admin, etc but all of them do not work. I bought the domain name from godaddy and then added the digitalocean nameservers there to point the domain to my django app deployed in the App Platform but the app only opens when with domain https://example.com. I tried adding the CNAME as per tutorials correctly but when I type out the www.example.com I get Error 1001. What should I do to make the subdomain work

Hi there,
On the Add Domain form, when you enter your custom domain name at the top of the form in the text area under Domain or Subdomain Name, and click to proceed, did you add both the non-www and the www versions of your domain?
Also, did you choose the ‘We manage your domain’ option on the next step for both the www and the non-www versions?
Best,
Bobby
