So far DigitalOcean seems won’t support TLSA records in a while,but you can commit your ideas at https://ideas.digitalocean.com.The DO community also provide DNS lookup tool here https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tools/dns.

Unfortunately it’s not on the roadmap right now. You can add your vote for it over on the DigitalOcean UserVoice page to show your support and customer demand:

and also create a new one for adding TLSA records in the DNS section in the control panel.
