I cannot connect my droplet using IPv6, so I connect it with IPv4, all the packets are lost,The server 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001 cannot be found on the network?

I can ping that IP just fine:
root@droplet:~# ping6 2604:a880:1:20::115:3001

It looks like port 80 is closed though. Do you have a web server running?
