sed -i '17s/https/http/' install.sh
chmod 775 install.sh

I followed and a new error occurred.

sudo apt-get update

Finished, I use the command

curl -sSL https://repos.insights.digitalocean.com/install.sh | sudo bash

It shows

Cleaning up old sources...OK
Verifying machine compatability...OK
Verifying compatability with script...OK
Installing apt repository...
Installing gpg key...OK

I am having the same issue, and running apt update still gives the same error
