Posted on July 30, 2021

I logged into my website this morning and I don’t know why but I clicked check health and this is when I was given this error I don’t know how to find out what caused this error because I don’t know how to get to any of the files because I don’t know my ftp login and don’t know how to find out I don’t know if this has anything to do with it because all my other websites are up but the php is outdated because I don’t know how to update it

Thanks, Diane

Hello,

I could suggest a couple of things:

  • You can follow the steps here on how to SFTP to your Droplet:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/transfer-files/

  • Alternatively I could suggest using SSH instead as per the instructions here:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/connect-with-ssh/

Once you have access to your Droplet, then you could follow the steps here on how to troubleshoot common Apache problems:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-troubleshoot-common-apache-errors

Hope that this helps! Regards, Bobby
