When I go to my domain, it says “This site can’t be reached”. I’ve done the following so far:
whois {my_url} and saw that it returned the correct nameservers.I’ve updated my nameservers a few hours ago, so it may be a propogation issue, but I’m not sure.

DNS can take up to 24-36 hours to fully resolve across the globe, so if your web server and stack are properly setup, and there’s no issues there, even if the DNS resolves at one point, it may take a little longer for it to resolve for you.
I’ve seen DNS resolve in seconds, but I’ve also seen it resolve in days.
If DNS doesn’t seem to be an issue, then you’d need to take a look at your stack setup and config to make sure it’s working as intended. Make sure the web server is up and running, listening on ports it needs to listen on, check the firewall to make sure it’s configured to allow connections on said ports, etc.
